2. General rules
2.1. These “General Terms and Conditions” regulate the use of the Service Provider’s accommodations and their services.
2.2. Special, unique conditions are not part of the published General Terms and Conditions, but they do not exclude the conclusion of separate agreements with travel agents, organizers, in some cases with different conditions corresponding to the type of business.
3. Contracting party
3.1. The services provided by the Service Provider are used by the Guest.
3.2. If the Guest places the order for the services directly with the Service Provider, the Guest is the Contracting Party. The Service Provider and the Guest jointly become contractual parties (hereinafter Parties) if the conditions are met.
3.3. If the order for the services is submitted to the Service Provider by a third party (hereinafter referred to as the Intermediary) on behalf of the Guest, the terms of cooperation are governed by the contract concluded between the Service Provider and the Intermediary. In this case, the Service Provider is not obliged to check whether the third party legally represents the Guest.
4. Creation of the Contract, method of booking, modification, notification obligation
4.1. The Service Provider sends an offer to the Guest’s verbal or written offer request. If a specific order is not received within 48 hours from the sending of the offer, the Service Provider’s offer will cease to be binding.
4.2. The Contract is established by the written confirmation of the Guest’s written or oral reservation sent by the Service Provider, and thus is considered a written Contract.
A verbal reservation, agreement, amendment, or its verbal confirmation by the Service Provider does not constitute a contract.
4.3. The Agreement on the use of accommodation services is for a specific period of time.
4.3.1. If the Guest permanently leaves the room before the end of the specified period, the Service Provider is entitled to the service fee in the percentage stipulated in the Contract, which are as follows:
For accommodation in Hungary: 100%
The Service Provider is entitled to resell a room vacated before the expiration date.
4.3.2. The prior consent of the Service Provider is required for the extension of the accommodation service initiated by the Guest. In this case, the Service Provider can stipulate the reimbursement of the fee for the already performed service.
4.4. Amendments and/or additions to the Agreement require a written agreement signed by the Parties.
5. Cancellation conditions
5.1. If no other conditions have been specified in the accommodation offer, it is possible to cancel the accommodation service without penalty as follows:
In the case of accommodation in Hungary: according to local time, outside of the 30 days before the day of arrival.
a) If the Contracting Party has not ensured the use of accommodation services by advance payment, credit card guarantee, or in other ways stipulated in the Contract, the Service Provider’s service obligation exists as follows:
For hotels in Hungary: local time until 3 p.m. on the day of arrival
b) If the Contracting Party has secured the use of accommodation services by advance payment, credit card guarantee, or in another manner stipulated in the Contract, and does not arrive on the day of arrival according to local time as follows:
For accommodation in Hungary: local time until 3 pm on the day of arrival
and does not indicate in advance that he will arrive at a later date, the Service Provider will enforce the amount specified in the Contract, but at least one day’s accommodation fee, as a penalty. In this case, the accommodation will be reserved for the Contracting Party until 12:00 noon on the day following the day of arrival, after which the Service Provider’s service obligation will cease.
Cancellation deadlines for group bookings:
Free cancellation of ordered services is possible within 24 hours after confirmation of the reservation. The cancellation fee is charged in the amount and under the following conditions:

6. Prices
6.1. The current room prices are posted in the accommodation’s rooms or on its website.
6.2. The Service Provider is free to change its advertised prices without prior notification.
6.3. When announcing the prices, the Service Provider indicates whether the price specified by him includes taxes (VAT, IFA) at the rate specified in the applicable Hungarian legal regulations or not. The prices are without VAT and IFA.
6.4. Current discounts, promotions and other offers are announced on the website of the accommodation.
In the case of reservations of the Service Provider’s products subject to special conditions, in the case of event reservations, or in the case of (group) reservations of more than 5 rooms or apartments, the Service Provider may set different conditions and surcharges set out in the individual Contract.

7. Payment method, guarantee
7.1. The Service Provider claims the consideration for the services provided to the Contracting Party no later than prior to use, but different conditions are possible within the framework of an individual agreement.
7.2. The Service Provider to guarantee the use of the service in accordance with the Agreement and the settlement of the consideration;
a) you can request a credit card guarantee, during which the value of the ordered and confirmed service is blocked on the credit card,
b) may request an advance payment for a part of the participation fee or its entire amount
7.3. The Contracting Party can settle its account in the following currencies:
Hungary: The invoice is issued in HUF in accordance with Hungarian tax regulations. The price of the services may be converted into Euros at the latest on the day of the guest’s arrival at the daily exchange rate fixed by the Service Provider.
Possible currencies for cash payment: HUF, EUR, USD, GBP, other currencies can be exchanged at currency exchange locations or online. In addition to cash payment, the Service Provider also accepts advance bank transfer and the following credit cards: Visa, EC/MC, JCB.
7.4. Costs related to the use of any payment method shall be borne by the Contracting Party.
7.5. The Service Provider issues the invoice electronically, the invoice is sent to the email address provided by the Guest on the registration form.
8. Method and conditions of using the service
8.1. The Guest can book the hotel room at the time indicated by the accommodation on the day of arrival (Check in) or must leave by the published time on the day of travel (Check out). The time of this varies from accommodation to accommodation, which you can find on the hotel’s website.
8.2. If the Guest takes the room on the day of arrival:
In the case of hotels in Hungary, if you wish to book before 6 a.m., you will also be charged at the latest upon arrival.
9. Pets
9.1. Pets cannot be brought into the Service Provider’s accommodation.
10. Refusal to fulfill the contract, termination of the service obligation
10.1. The Service Provider is entitled to terminate the Agreement for accommodation services at any time with immediate effect, thus canceling the reservation and/or refusing to provide services, if:
a) the guest exhibits abusive, inappropriate, insulting or hostile behavior towards the Service Provider, any of its accommodations, its Hotel, the Service Provider’s employees, guests, or other third parties acting in the Service Provider’s sphere of interest, or other circumstances make further cooperation with the guest impossible,
b) the Guest does not use the room, apartment, or facility provided for their intended purpose
c) the Guest does not comply with the security regulations and policies of the accommodation, behaves objectionably or rudely with its employees, is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, exhibits threatening, insulting or other unacceptable behavior
d) the Guest suffers from an infectious disease or does not comply with the protective measures introduced by the law or by the Service Provider in an epidemic situation
e) the Contracting Party does not fulfill its advance payment obligation specified in the Contract by the specified date
10.2. If the Agreement between the parties is not fulfilled due to “force majeure”, the agreement will be terminated.
11. Arrival and departure
Arrival on the day of arrival usually from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Departure no later than 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
12. Illness or death of the guest
12.1. If the Guest falls ill during the use of the accommodation service and is unable to take care of himself, the Service Provider offers medical assistance.
12.2. In the event of illness/death of the Guest, the Service Provider claims cost compensation from the sick/deceased’s relative, heir, or bill payer; with respect to possible medical and procedural costs, compensation for services used before death, and possible damage to equipment and furnishings in connection with the illness/death.
12.3. If the authority orders a home quarantine for the guest, he is obliged to pay the service fee related to the possible extension of the reservation to the Service Provider.
13. Rights of the Contracting Party
13.1. Pursuant to the Agreement, the Guest is entitled to the intended use of the ordered room and the facilities of the accommodation, which are included in the standard range of services and are not subject to special conditions.
13.2. The Guest may make a complaint regarding the performance of the services provided by the Service Provider during the stay at the accommodation.
13.3. The Guest’s right to complain ceases after his departure from the accommodation.
14. Obligations of the Contracting Party
14.1. The Contracting Party is obliged to settle the consideration for the services ordered in the Contract by the date and in the manner specified in the Contract.
14.2. The Guest ensures that the child under 14 under his responsibility stays at the Service Provider’s accommodation only and exclusively under the supervision of an adult.
15. Liability of the Contracting
Party for damages The Guest is responsible for all damages and disadvantages suffered by the Service Provider or a third party due to the fault of the Guest or his/her companion or other persons under his/her responsibility. This responsibility exists even if the injured party has the right to claim compensation directly from the Service Provider.
16. Rights of the Service Provider
In Hungary: If the Guest does not comply with his obligation to pay the fee for penalty services that have been used or ordered in the Contract but not used, the Service Provider shall have a right of lien on the personal property of the Guest that he brought with him to the hotel to secure his claims.
The Guest is personally liable for partially or fully unpaid invoices.
17. Obligation of the Service Provider
The Service Provider is obliged to:
a) to fulfill the accommodation and other services ordered on the basis of the contract in accordance with the applicable regulations and service standards
b) investigate the guest’s written complaint and take the necessary steps to deal with the problem, which must also be recorded in writing
18. Liability of the Service Provider for damages
18.1.1. The Service Provider’s responsibility does not extend to those damage events that occurred due to an unavoidable cause beyond the scope of the Service Provider’s employees and guests, or that were caused by the Guest himself.
18.1.2. The Service Provider may designate places in the hotel where the Guest may not enter. The Service Provider assumes no responsibility for any damage or injury that may occur in such places.
18.1.3. The Guest must immediately report the damage to the accommodation and provide the accommodation with all the necessary data to clarify the circumstances of the damage or to record a police report/police procedure.
18.2. The Service Provider does not assume responsibility for the damage that the hotel guest suffers as a result of the loss, destruction or damage of his property. It is the hotel guest’s responsibility to use the property as intended and to protect it from all external influences.
19. Confidentiality
The Service Provider acts in accordance with the provisions of its Data Management Policy. The data is treated confidentially. It will not be provided to third parties under any circumstances.
20. Force majeure
In the event of a cause or circumstance (for example; war, fire, flood, bad weather, power shortage, epidemic, strike) over which the party has no control (force majeure), any party is exempted from fulfilling its obligations arising from the Agreement, as long as cause or circumstance exists. The parties agree that they will use their best efforts to minimize the occurrence of these causes and circumstances and to remedy any damage or delay caused as soon as possible.
21. Applicable law in the legal relationship of the parties, trial court
21. Law applicable in the legal relationship of the parties, court of jurisdiction
The legal relationship between the Service Provider and the Contracting Party is governed by the provisions of the local law (Hungarian Republic). Any legal dispute arising from the service contract shall be settled by the court having jurisdiction according to the place of service.
